Orders

  • Orders are prepared shortly after being placed. For this reason, modifications or cancellations are not always possible. For assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Order confirmations are sent automatically after checkout. Please check your spam folder. If needed, we can resend it.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Billy pieces are designed in Belgium, with a focus on sculpted silhouettes, structure and ease of wear.

  • Billy pieces are produced in limited quantities. Selected styles may return depending on demand.

  • To preserve the structure and quality of your garments, we recommend washing cold and air drying. Please refer to the label for detailed instructions.

Sizing & Fit

  • Billy silhouettes are designed to sculpt the natural shape of the body while remaining comfortable. Some pieces offer a close fit, while others are intentionally more relaxed.

  • Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and recommendations.

  • Choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit, or the smaller size for a more sculpted silhouette.

Shipping & Returns

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.

  • Contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the process.
