This Privacy Policy explains how Billy collects, uses, stores and shares your personal data when you visit www.billybrussels.com, place an order, subscribe to our communications, contact us or otherwise interact with our services.

Billy is the trading name of Tatiana André-Dumont, a sole trader established in Belgium. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Billy is the data controller of your personal data.

Depending on how you interact with Billy, we may collect:

• identification and contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address;
• order and transaction information, such as the products purchased, order value, delivery method, payment status, returns and refunds;
• account information, if you create or use a customer account;
• communications you send to us, including customer-service requests and product enquiries;

Billy does not directly store your full payment-card details. Payments are processed by the payment providers made available at checkout.

In general, we use the Order Information we collect to process any order placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging shipment of your order and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  In addition, we use this Order Information to:

• communicate with you
• assess potential fraud or risk; and
• where consistent with your stated preferences, provide you with information or advertisements about our products or services.

We use the Device Information (in particular, your IP address) that we collect to assess potential fraud or risk and, more generally, to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to evaluate the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns).
